The COVID-19 pandemic has made it clear that digital transformation is inevitable. Future.Company is an innovative company supporting Polish entrepreneurs in this process within the framework of a friendly concierge model.

Future.Company was established in response to entrepreneurs’ needs. It was founded by Olgierd Cygan, Iza Klat i Andy Woynarowski, digital world veterans, with two decades of experience as advisers and business leaders under their belts.

Olgierd Cygan has been running digital companies for over 20 years. He also co-founded and managed Deloitte Digital Central Europe, and was a Deloitte Consulting Board Member. He collaborated with such clients as Estee Lauder Companies, Orange, Pepsi Co. or TikTok Inc. Iza Klat is an adviser focusing on organisational culture adjustment to digital world challenges. Andy Woynarowski supervised one of Europe's largest digital transformations in the insurance sector - the project value was € 25 m. He is an expert operating at the intersection of creation and customer experience.

A similar theme emerged in our conversations - entrepreneur friends of ours often sought advice on issues related to digital transformation and managing people in the new digital world. Thus we decided to join our forces and experience.
