Polish agency Welcome Digital partners with TikTok Inc., creates international campaign

Welcome Digital, a strategic and creative digital agency from Łódź, Poland has become a partner of TikTok Inc. The effect of the partnership is a campaign consisting of 364 ads for 7 different markets created in just a few days. This very fast execution of the campaign was possible thanks to an innovative SMART method.

Campaign for 7 markets

The task of Welcome Digital was to create HTML5 banners and video ads in different formats in seven languages for seven markets: Italian, French, German, Spanish, Australian English, Turkish, and Arabic. Ads in different sizes contain different messages but are based on the same KV (key visual). The final outcome consisted of 224 video ads based on eight scripts in four different sizes and 140 banners in four different sizes and with four messages. Thanks to the innovative SMART method, the production phase lasted seven working days and the entire process including revisions and approval took only 10 working days – in spite of the fact that the team consisted of only two people.
